Business Law Litigation Attorney - Bilingual Preferred (Spanish) The candidate must have a team mentality with a high desire to be a top courtroom litigator. This position presents a unique opportunity to join a dynamic practice and to quickly assume substantial responsibility under the guidance of experienced attorneys. Job duties include but are not limited to: Meet with potential clients; Secure case evidence / communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel; Keep clients informed of case status effectively and professionally; Document conversations and actions with our in-house case management syste; Timely review of client files; Handle all litigation prep-work; Initiate lawsuits; Work on discovery as well as everything else involved with the litigation process in a timely and effective manner; Litigate cases as needed; Two years of relevant experience preferred; Should be Licensed to practice in Texas and is in good standing; Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
