Our team is the backbone, heart, and soul of our firm, and we are looking for an experienced of counsel to join our finance group in the structured finance subgroup. This position is available in our Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, Philadelphia, and Washington, DC offices, with a hybrid remote work option.

JD Required - Bar Admission in Jurisdiction of Application

To be considered for this position, you must have a JD and be licensed to practice in the jurisdiction in which you are applying. We are looking for a minimum of 9 years of experience in structured finance, securitization, and/or CLO, preferably with a direct and applicable AmLaw 100 law firm.

Physical Demands, Work Environment, and Other Requirements

This position involves sedentary work, with some in-office expectations. The expected hiring range for this position is $475,000 - $525,000 per year, with a comprehensive package of benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k).
