Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years of commercial real estate finance experience in a sophisticated law firm setting
- Experience representing lending institutions in affordable housing matters
- Knowledge of agency financing transactions involving Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with clients, business, and legal teams
- Must have a strong academic record, excellent writing, and oral communication skills
- NY Bar required
