Law Firm Seeking Experienced Litigation Paralegal in Honolulu
The Honolulu office of Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani is currently seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team. This is a full-time position with flexible options available for successful candidates.
Ideal candidates will have at least three years of trial and litigation experience, with a strong understanding of litigation support and case management. A Bachelor's Degree and ABA approved Paralegal certificate are preferred, but not required. The firm offers a competitive salary and full benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Disability, Parental Leave, and Life Insurance.
Responsibilities:
- Organizing large caseloads and managing multiple case deadlines
- Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings and discovery documents
- Assisting with trial preparation and providing support during trials
- Client communication and reporting
- Document review and production
- Utilizing litigation support software such as Summation Pro or Relativity
- Familiarity with trial presentation software like Sanction or Trial Director
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of trial and litigation paralegal experience
- Extensive experience with managing large multi-case dockets
- Highly organized and able to work independently
- Excellent analytical and written communication skills
The yearly salary for this position ranges from $50,000 to $75,000, depending on location and experience.
