- Manage a caseload of approximately 100 personal injury cases, with support from a dedicated paralegal team.
- Lead all aspects of litigation, including case strategy, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
- Negotiate and communicate professionally with clients, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, and medical providers.
- Oversee case settlements and disbursement of funds to clients, lienholders, and other parties.
- Work closely with senior attorneys to develop winning litigation strategies and further your legal skills.

Requirements:

- 2-5 years of experience as a personal injury plaintiff attorney.
- Licensed to practice law in Texas.
- Strong litigation skills, including experience with depositions, mediations, and trial work.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a caseload efficiently.
