The IP Docketing Paralegal position is responsible for maintaining a historical record of service and filings, computing and calendaring due dates, and alerting attorneys and assistants of impending deadlines. The position also involves handling the daily maintenance and operation of the firm's computerized docketing system, maintaining the accuracy and integrity of all data entry, and clearing due dates on a daily basis. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of US and foreign docketing experience, familiarity with CPI & IP, and a thorough knowledge of US patent filing procedures.
