Position Overview:
As a resource attorney for our IP Litigation group, your overarching responsibility will be to support our practicing attorneys in their work. This role does not involve direct work with firm clients or billing time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stay current on all legal and regulatory developments relevant to the IP Litigation group
- Develop topics and assist in the preparation of client alerts, white papers, and blog posts
- Create practice resources to enhance knowledge exchange within the group and with clients
- Maintain and update archives of work product and know-how
- Coordinate speaking arrangements and webinars
- Work with Marketing department on branding and market trends
- Assist with business development opportunities
- Foster consistency and know-how within the group
- Coordinate with Professional Development and Information Services for skills development and technology solutions
Skills & Experience:
- Licensed attorney with minimum of 5 years of experience in patent litigation and trade secret litigation
- Strong knowledge of relevant industries, particularly technology and life sciences
- Excellent written and verbal communication and drafting skills
- Confident and engaging presenter
- Strong intellectual, interpersonal, and technical skills
