Job Title: Litigation Paralegal Lead
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the litigation and regulatory team on various matters.
- Collaborate with internal and external legal teams to manage all aspects of litigation, including case preparation, fact investigation, witness contacts, and tracking of case-related dates and information.
- Maintain tracker/database, manage discovery/eDiscovery, and review and prepare essential documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Play a critical role in organizing team processes and knowledge management.
- Organize and maintain litigation matter files effectively.
- Research and summarize factual and statistical data proficiently.
- Work with cross-functional partners to gather, organize, and maintain information necessary for litigation needs.
- Implement processes and organization using company systems.
- Build and manage playbooks.
- Advise business clients on relevant company policies.
- Coordinate with outside counsel.
- Take an active role in e-discovery, working closely with managing attorneys and the e-discovery team.
- Collaborate with the Legal Operations team.
- Handle projects resourcefully, operating independently or in collaboration with managing attorneys.

- Strong legal and business judgment, critical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
- Ability to drive collaboration and share knowledge and expertise cross-functionally with internal stakeholders.

Education and Experience Information:
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent).
- 6+ years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in-house at a technology company.
- Solid proficiency with litigation technology databases, litigation management tools, and electronic discovery software.
- Compliance with professional requirements, as applicable (., Cal. B&P Code Sec. 6450).
Salary Information:
- Salary varies by pay zone.
- Zone A (CA, WA, NYC): $142,000-$214,000 annually.
- Zone B: $135,000-$203,000 annually.
- Zone C: $121,000-$182,000 annually.
- Eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
