Fox Rothschild, a leading law firm, is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Litigation Associate to join our team. This position is available in multiple office locations, including Blue Bell, PA; Philadelphia, PA; Princeton, NJ; and Warrington, PA. As an associate in our Litigation Department, you will have the opportunity to work exclusively on construction matters. We are looking for candidates with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in construction law, and we are not accepting resumes from search firms at this time.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate (JD) required
- Must be licensed to practice in the state where the office is located
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and writing with a strong academic record
- Utilize litigation skills to represent construction-related entities
- Experience with prosecuting and defending construction claims preferred
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
- This position is based in a clerical, office setting
- Standard office equipment, such as computers, telephones, printers, and copiers, will be used on a regular basis
Physical Requirements:
- Sedentary work with occasional lifting of objects up to 10 pounds
- Majority of work involves sitting, but some walking and standing may be required
Visual Acuity:
- Close visual acuity is necessary for tasks such as data analysis and transcribing
