This position offers a wide range of responsibilities and introduces the successful candidate to a variety of legal issues related to private wealth and elder law. The successful candidate will assist in managing clients, drafting estate planning documents and legal pleadings, and representing clients in court proceedings. They must be self-motivated, detail oriented, able to handle a large volume practice, have excellent writing skills, and be comfortable representing clients in court.
