Overview:
- Hirschler, a mid-sized law firm in Richmond, Virginia, is seeking an experienced commercial real estate associate to join our growing practice.
- The associate will handle various aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition, leasing, development, and finance.
- This position offers the opportunity for direct client contact and the chance to work on national transactions.

Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate sale and purchase agreements, commercial leases, and other development-related agreements.
- Conduct due diligence, including title and survey reviews.
- Communicate with clients and handle various transactional matters.

Qualifications:
- Strong academic background and analytical skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Minimum of 3 years of commercial real estate transactional experience.
- Admitted to practice in Virginia or eligible to obtain reciprocal admission to the Virginia Bar.

Location:
