Job Title: Asset & Wealth Management Tax Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and develop team members to deliver exceptional work.
- Manage client service accounts and engagement workstreams.
- Independently solve and analyze complex tax-related problems.
- Utilize Company's technical knowledge and industry insights to address client needs effectively.
- Drive efforts towards digitization, automation, and efficiency improvements in tax processes.
- Coach teams to enhance their skills and performance.
- Oversee the successful planning, budgeting, and execution of projects.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
- Partner with team leadership to ensure collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables.
- Address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate.
- Uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards, the Company's code of conduct, and independence requirements.
Education and Experience Information:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required.
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience is necessary.
- CPA, Member of the Bar, or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity.
- Thorough knowledge of compliance and consulting for financial partnerships.
- Knowledge of structuring funds to limit tax liability.
- In-depth tax technical skills in partnership tax forms.
- Experience in identifying and addressing client needs.
- Success as a tax technical business advisor.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Knowledge of automation and digitization in professional services.
- Experience with alternative fee arrangements and pricing strategies.
Salary Information:
The salary range for this position is $99,000 - $266,000, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws. The position also offers a wide range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, holiday pay, vacation, personal and family sick leave, and more.
