Job Title: Tax Senior Manager - Global Information Reporting

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead staff in preparing and filing information returns, ensuring compliance with global tax information reporting and withholding rules.
- Develop innovative technology solutions that enhance compliance processes and efficiency.
- Provide expert guidance to clients on complex tax issues, leveraging technical knowledge in specialized areas.
- Maintain operational excellence and foster top-tier client interactions by leveraging influence and proficiency.
- Guide teams in developing practical tax compliance solutions tailored to client needs.
- Oversee the implementation of compliance strategies for clients, navigating the complexities of cross-border and diverse teams and engagements.
- Initiate and lead open conversations with teams, clients, and stakeholders to build trust and uphold the company's code of ethics and business conduct.

Education and Experience Information:
- A Bachelor's Degree is required for this position.
- Candidates should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in relevant fields.
- Certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Enrolled Agent, or Active Member of the Bar is mandatory.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- A degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Taxation, or Management Information Systems & Accounting is preferred.
- Experience in providing guidance on global tax information reporting compliance.
- Proven ability in researching complex tax issues to draw client conclusions.
- Familiarity with reviewing US IRS tax forms and related documentary evidence.
- Experience in leading staff in preparing and filing information returns.
- Competence in developing innovative technology solutions to improve efficiency.
- Experience in creating educational resources for reporting and withholding requirements.
- Skills in training and managing local staff.
- A thorough understanding of US tax rules and requirements.

Salary Information:
The salary range for the Tax Senior Manager - Global Information Reporting role is between $124,000 and $335,000. Additionally, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. The actual compensation within this range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, holiday pay, vacation, personal and family sick leave, among others.
