Job Title: Tax Director - Global Information Reporting

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance on global tax information reporting and withholding rules.
- Lead efforts to develop new business opportunities.

Education and Experience Information:
- A Bachelor's Degree is required.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience is necessary.
- Certifications such as CPA, Enrolled Agent, or Active Member of the Bar are required.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in Management Information Systems & Accounting, Accounting, Accounting & Finance, or Taxation.
- Experience in providing guidance to clients regarding compliance with global tax information reporting.
- Ability to research complex tax issues and reach valid conclusions.
- Proficiency in reviewing US IRS tax forms and related tax documentary evidence.
- Experience in leading staff in preparing and filing information returns.
- Capability to develop innovative technology solutions to increase efficiency.
- Experience in training and managing local staff.
- Ability to execute client engagements to meet statutory, regulatory, and project-based deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Salary Information:
- The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $438,000.
- Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
- The listed salary range is for roles based in Maryland and actual compensation within the range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
