Job Title: Business Affairs Manager
Experience: 7-10 years in financial services and project management
Department: CNR Wealth Management Business

Key Responsibilities:
- Liaison for all risk management, compliance, legal, and regulatory activities within CNR
- Develop and implement new programs/strategies and ensure compliance with regulations and risk management requirements
- Manage relationships with service providers and legal resources for affiliated mutual funds and private funds
- Analyze data and provide insights on technical, operational, and business functions
- Act as an intermediary between CNR Management Team and internal third parties for strategic initiatives
- Represent CNR at internal and external meetings and establish strong relationships with stakeholders
- Provide recommendations on operational issues and contribute to special projects as needed
- Collaborate with team members to develop concise communication materials for senior management
- Build and maintain effective relationships across all lines of business and staff areas
- Contribute to presentations for internal and external meetings
- Partner with team members to identify and manage opportunities for success

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 7 years of project management experience
- 7 years within or related to financial services
- MBA, JD, or other advanced degree preferred
- Experience with mutual funds, closed end funds, and private funds preferred
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
- Ability to analyze and solve complex problems
- Knowledge of financial services and project management
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well in cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
