**Members Only**, a global data and analytics company, is seeking a highly motivated Hearing Representative to join our team. As a Hearing Representative, you will provide representation for our employer clients during unemployment compensation hearings. Job Responsibilities
- Analyze individual case information and prepare clients and witnesses for unemployment compensation appeal hearings
- Represent clients in unemployment hearings via phone or in person
- Stay up to date on state-specific laws and statutes regarding UI benefits
- Document all communication with client witnesses
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of unemployment or administrative hearings experience
- Ability to learn state regulations, departmental procedures, and internal systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Preferred Qualifications
- Attorney or ., legal education, or paralegal certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to deadlines
- Experience with G Suite
