Job Title: 2L Summer Associate - Litigation

Job Responsibilities:
The Summer Associate will join the Litigation Department and will be responsible for working on a variety of litigation matters. The role involves handling complex business and commercial disputes and participating in high-profile legal proceedings. The Summer Associate will gain experience in both state and federal court cases, as well as Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) forums. The position requires the ability to work collaboratively with the team of approximately 200 attorneys spread across 18 offices. The Summer Associate will engage in legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, and may also attend court proceedings and client meetings to gain practical exposure to the litigation process.

Education and Experience Information:
