Holland & Hart (replacing company name with law firm) is seeking a talented and experienced Associate Attorney (job title) with 3+ years of experience in project development and finance to join our Renewable Energy team in any of our locations.

Salary Information: As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Act, Holland & Hart is providing a good faith salary range for this position (if based in Colorado): $200,000 - $255,000. Our compensation is merit-based and associates are also eligible for bonuses and fee splits.

Job Requirements: Ideal candidates will have at least three years of law firm experience in project development, finance, mergers & acquisitions, and commercial contracts. Experience in the renewable energy industry is preferred but not required.

We also work with conventional energy producers as they shift from fossil fuels to clean energy sources.
