The position is open for remote work or in any of the firm's offices in Baltimore, Chicago, Cleveland, Detroit, or West Palm Beach. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complex commercial litigation and strategic disputes
- Provide high quality legal services to clients
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other parties involved in the litigation process
- Manage cases from start to finish, including drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and representing clients in court
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate repeat business
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in laws and regulations
- Mentor and train junior attorneys
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the bar in the state where the candidate will be practicing
- Significant relevant experience in business litigation and strategic disputes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to providing excellent legal services
- Proven ability to bring in portable business
