Attorney at Law The candidate work for plaintiff's law firm handling injury claims, PIP Suit claims, Homeowners Insurance claims, and insurance litigation. Should be Florida licensed attorney with 3 years experience in insurance litigation representing plaintiff's or doing defense work. Will be assigned a list of cases and will be responsible for all aspects of litigation after a lawsuit is filed including taking depositions, court hearings, jury trials, drafting and arguing motions, and oversight of cases.
