# Job Title: Charitable Registration Administrator

## About the Role

Law Firm is looking for a Charitable Registration Administrator to join their team. This full-time position involves working with multiple charitable organizations across the country in a wide range of industries. The successful candidate will ensure that clients are in compliance with state-specific requirements, review tax and financial statements, and other relevant documents.

## Responsibilities

* Manage 40-50 Charitable Organization Registrations/Annual Renewals
* Deliver outstanding customer service and communication with clients
* Complete registration forms promptly and accurately when submitting documents to the various states

## Requirements

* Professional written and verbal communication
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Effective time management skills
* Ability to handle multiple tasks under strict deadlines and excellent calendar management
* Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
* Proactive mindset and positive attitude essential
* Preferred candidate is seeking longevity and not looking for a steppingstone position

This position is best suited for a candidate with paralegal experience and/or experience handling state charitable solicitation registrations or those with experience in medical billing, insurance claims, compliance, membership, or collections.

## Education & Technical Skills

* Bachelor’s degree
* 2+ years of professional office experience
* Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel

## Salary and Benefits

Law Firm offers a competitive salary and benefits package including:
