Corporate Service Group - Attorney - Real Estate (St. Louis): Salary, Job Title, and Experience Information

**Members Only**, a leading law firm, is searching for a highly experienced Associate to join its Corporate Services Group (CSG) in the St. Louis office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in Real Estate and/or Real Estate Finance areas.

The ideal candidate will have the chance to learn from and work closely with energetic and highly experienced practitioners in a friendly and cooperative environment. They will also have the opportunity to handle high-level and strategic aspects of multiple legal matters at different stages, from inception to conclusion.

Essential Functions:

- Work on real estate transactions, including acquisition, sale, leasing, financing, development, and construction of real property
- Handle development and financing incentives, redevelopment, and special purpose districts in administrative procedures
- Manage loan transactions
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and good interpersonal skills when communicating with attorneys and clients
- Work independently and productively, with a strong interest in advancing a career in real estate
- Produce quality legal work and bill the required amount of hours to ensure excellent client service
- Manage and generate business through group and individual efforts
- Comply with the highest ethical standards of the legal profession

Required Education: Juris Doctor

Required Licenses and/or Certifications: Licensed to practice law in good standing in Missouri; must maintain applicable license renewal and CLE requirements

Preferred Experience: 2+ years of experience in real estate and/or real estate finance, including experience in real estate leasing and real estate purchase and sale transactions.

Supervisory Responsibilities: Indirectly supervise support staff or junior associates to ensure client satisfaction

Physical Activity: The employee will be required to sit (or utilize a standing desk) for prolonged periods and work on a computer.

Travel Required: Less than 10%
