Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and prepare equity capital contribution agreements, membership interest purchase agreements, LLC agreements, tax credit purchase agreements, and other related documents
- Conduct thorough due diligence on key project agreements such as offtake, EPC, supply contracts, O&M services, and other project agreements
- Collaborate with clients to provide strategic advice and guidance on tax equity matters
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and changes in tax laws and regulations

Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of transactional experience in tax equity financing
- Experience with negotiation and preparation of equity capital contribution agreements, membership interest purchase agreements, LLC agreements, tax credit purchase agreements, and other ancillary documents
- Strong understanding of key project agreements and conducting due diligence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Salary Information:
- Annual base salary ranges from $260,000 to $390,000
- Salary determinations based on year classification, graduation year, skills, and experience level
