Job Title: Insurance Coverage Attorney
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the national and international insurance coverage practice of the law firm.
- Handle insurance coverage, bad faith, and commercial litigation matters.
- Engage in significant business development activities.
- Collaborate with associate and partner mentors.
- Participate in the firm-wide associate committee to liaise with partners.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures, including Information Security, Data Protection, and Quality Management.
- Report any breaches promptly to Risk & Compliance and complete all mandatory training as requested.
Education and Experience Information:
- Candidates must have at least three years of experience in insurance coverage.
- Experience in bad faith and commercial litigation is required.
- Strong academic credentials are necessary.
- Excellent research and writing abilities are crucial.
- Admission and good standing in Florida are mandatory. Additional admissions in other states are considered a plus.
Salary Information:
- Competitive salary ranging from $125,000 to $220,000 annually.
- Salary is contingent upon the level of experience, practice group, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
- Annual performance-based raises and discretionary bonus offered.
- Benefits package available.
- 1920 hour requirement.
- Hybrid work arrangements will be considered.
