## Charitable Planning Attorney - **Members Only**

**Members Only** is looking for an experienced Charitable Planning Attorney with 6+ years of experience to join their team. This position can be based in either the Stamford, Connecticut, or Naples or Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, offices.

**Qualifications:**

- Strong academic credentials with a and an active member in good standing in the Connecticut and/or New York or Florida bars
- Experience with the structuring and formation of charitable organizations, including public charities and private foundations
- Experience with preparing and administering charitable remainder trusts and charitable lead trusts
- Experience with preparing applications for tax-exempt status
- Experience with reviewing income tax returns for charitable entities
- Experience advising charitable organizations and charitable entities on all aspects of administration and governance
- Experience advising individuals on charitable deductions and the structure of charitable gifts
