Manager, Talent Solutions - Join Our Established Legal Recruiting Team
Overview:
- Join Consilio's People & Development team as a Manager, Talent Solutions
- Highly motivated and committed to client service
- Collaborate with teammates in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing, vetting, and professionally developing candidates
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, screen, interview, and vet candidates
- Build candidate rosters and network in the legal community
- Assist the Client Solutions team in fulfilling orders
- Engage in building a pipeline of specialized legal professionals based on supply and demand signals
- Validate candidate skills, experience, business acumen, and professionalism
- Strategize with New Business and Client Solutions teams to understand and fulfill client openings
- Interact with executives in corporate legal departments and law firms to understand opportunities and present viable candidates
- Manage and grow existing candidate relationships
- Serve as an expert advisor to clients on the legal talent community and job market
- Participate in legal networking opportunities to identify potential opportunities
- Match candidates to client requirements
- Present candidates to Client Solutions and New Business teams
- Prepare candidates for client interviews
- Engage administrative team to ensure required paperwork is completed
- Maintain active relationships with candidates
- Document all activities in Candidate ATS and Smartsheet
- Professionally develop working candidates
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Work independently and proactively to meet aggressive timelines
- Demonstrate sound business judgment and ability to handle multiple matters and deadlines
- Foster teamwork and effective communication with teammates and cross-functional partners
- Identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively
- Follow through to both internal and external customers
- Demonstrate critical thinking skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new tools and systems
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with Juris Doctor (.) highly preferred
- 3-5 years of legal experience, including recruiting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience with Bullhorn or similar ATS

Salary Information:
- Salary range: $70,000 - $100,000+
- Bonus potential based on performance
- Comprehensive benefits package
Experience Information:

- Prior experience with Bullhorn or similar ATS highly preferred
