Job Responsibilities:
The role of a Tax Senior Manager in the Global Information Reporting sector involves a variety of critical responsibilities aimed at ensuring compliance with global tax information reporting and withholding rules. The position is part of the Financial Markets Business Advisory team and requires the candidate to lead and guide staff in the preparation and filing of information returns. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the staff in the preparation and filing of information returns.
- Developing innovative technology solutions to enhance compliance processes.
- Providing guidance and advice to clients on complex tax issues, ensuring adherence to compliance requirements.
- Maintaining operational excellence and ensuring top-tier client interaction and satisfaction.
- Utilizing influence and expertise to deliver high-quality results.
- Guiding teams in developing practical tax compliance solutions tailored to client needs.
- Overseeing the implementation of compliance strategies for clients to ensure they meet regulatory requirements.
Education and Experience Information:
To be considered for the Tax Senior Manager position, candidates must meet the following educational and experience qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree is required.
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience is necessary.
- Candidates must hold a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification, be an Enrolled Agent, or an Active Member of the Bar.
Preferred qualifications that set candidates apart include:
- A degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Taxation, or Management Information Systems & Accounting.
- Proven experience in providing guidance on global tax information reporting compliance.

- Experience in leading staff in the preparation and filing of information returns.

- A strong understanding of US tax rules and requirements.
Salary Information:
The salary range for the Tax Senior Manager position is between $124,000 and $335,000 annually. In addition to base salary, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
