Associate Attorney for Workers Compensation Litigation The candidate will manage caseload of 100 cases or more. Maintain client relationships. Prepare legal documents such as court motions, proposed findings, Statement of Exceptions, etc.. Bachelor's degree (BA) is required. Juris Doctorate (.) is required. Should preferably have 2+ years of workers' compensation experience, including deposition and trial experience. Workers' Compensation experience (either Petitioner or Respondent) is required.
