# Associate Attorney Law Firm is hiring an Associate Attorney to join their team and provide support to two Partners. The ideal candidate is licensed in the State of Texas and has 0-2 years of experience as an attorney. This position requires considerable travel, as the dockets include cases throughout the State of Texas. ## Job Duties * Reviewing and responding to written discovery, conferring on discovery disputes, and attending discovery hearings; * Researching and writing memoranda and/or motions and presenting the argument to the Partner or to a court; * Analyzing key documents and medical records and preparing detailed summaries or motions; * Communicating with the Partners, clients, and witnesses in an efficient and meaningful way. ## Qualifications * Comfortable with multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks; * Able to communicate with the Partners and clients efficiently and often; * Receptive to continuous training and coaching; * Able to work on a team and be a team-player; * Well-organized; * Willing to take initiative to complete projects; * Dedicated to producing excellent results. ## Salary and Benefits The salary for this position is $80, per year, plus bonuses tied to key performance indicators.
