The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in insurance litigation and possess strong writing and analytical skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and networking abilities. The salary range for this position is $280,000 to $380,000, and the firm offers a competitive benefits package. The successful candidate must be licensed to practice law in California and submit a law school transcript, writing sample, and cover letter detailing their experience with complex litigation, including insurance litigation.

Responsibilities:

- Working on all aspects of commercial litigation, including trials and appeals
- Conducting legal research and writing memoranda
- Drafting complex case analyses and preparing briefs, pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents
- Conducting and responding to discovery
- Collaborating with clients, witnesses, experts, and other counsel
