- Salary: $140,000 - $215,000 for associates, $216,000 - $315,000 for income partners
- Bonus: Annual performance-based bonuses, discretionary bonuses
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid work option, annual telecommute budget
- Billable Hour Requirement: 1850
- Benefits: Competitive health insurance, 401(k) with partial match, annual and billable hour bonuses
- Pro Bono Opportunities: Up to 40 hours of billable credit for pro bono work
