A law firm in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking a Real Estate and Finance Associate Attorney to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in representing various parties in real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leases, and construction and permanent finance transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent sellers and buyers in real estate acquisition and sale transactions.
  • Represent landlords and tenants in lease negotiations and agreements.
  • Represent borrowers in construction and permanent finance transactions.
  • Draft and review legal documents related to real estate and finance transactions.
  • Conduct due diligence and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of various real estate and finance agreements.
  • Collaborate with clients and other attorneys to develop and implement transaction strategies.
  • Provide legal guidance on real estate and finance matters.
  • Stay current with changes in real estate and finance laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in real estate law.
  • Experience representing sellers, buyers, landlords, tenants, and borrowers.
  • Strong academic credentials, including a . or equivalent degree from a well-respected . law school.
  • Excellent writing and analytical skills.
  • Admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar or planning to take the Bar exam promptly after starting.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the Pennsylvania State Bar or intent to take the Bar exam promptly after starting.
