The Associate Attorney will manage and litigate their own criminal caseload from intake to trial. Responsibilities include representing clients at all stages of criminal cases, including trial, conducting case evaluations, plea negotiations, and hearings. The attorney will collaborate with a team of paralegals, investigators, and legal support. They will receive real-time mentorship and courtroom coaching while participating in firm-wide trainings and continuous legal education.
Education and Experience Information:
The candidate must be a licensed Texas attorney with 1–3+ years of criminal experience. The ideal candidate should be fiercely client-focused, justice-driven, and courtroom-confident. They must communicate clearly, act with integrity, and thrive under pressure. A commitment to teamwork, growth, and making a lasting impact is essential.
