Job Title: IP Associate - Patent Prosecution Experience: 3-5 years Salary: Competitive Law Firm: Austin Law Department: Intellectual Property Austin Law is currently seeking an experienced IP associate with 3-5 years of experience in patent prosecution. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in patent prosecution, with a preference for those with experience in PTAB proceedings. The IP associate will work in the Intellectual Property department at Austin Law. This position requires a strong technical background, with an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field. The candidate should also have at least 3 years of patent prosecution experience.
