Job Title: Private Equity PIF - Mid-Level Associate

Job Description:

As a mid-level associate in our Private Investment Funds practice, you will have the opportunity to work on complex and high-profile fund formation transactions with private investment funds in the private equity, real estate, and/or tech industries. You will be responsible for managing substantial components of these transactions and will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys and clients. Your role will involve working on private placements under the 33 Act, unregistered funds under the Investment Company Act, and providing exposure to the Investment Advisers Act.

Job Requirements:

- Experience in fund formation transactions within the private equity, real estate, and/or tech industries
