Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts while ensuring compliance and risk management.
- Drive process and procedure enhancements to streamline legal workflows and improve contracting turnaround times.
- Provide internal legal counsel for decision-making across departments.
- Advise on compliance issues related to HR and commercial operations.
- Provide expert legal counsel on employee relations and talent acquisition.
- Strategically reduce reliance on external legal services.
- Identify and address potential legal issues in employment and contracts.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in relevant jurisdiction.
- 5-8 years of experience in contract and commercial law, with understanding of HR-related legal matters.
- Track record of drafting and negotiating complex contracts.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency with contract management systems.
- Prior experience supporting multinational corporations.
