Job Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities of the Attorney-First/Second Year Associate in the Workers’ Compensation practice group at the law firm include:

- Managing individual attorney file ownership from the conception of a case to its closure.
- Implementing cutting-edge, value-added programs designed to identify and neutralize risks, ensuring fast and efficient resolutions.
- Partnering and communicating effectively with clients to not only close individual files but also to develop long-term, comprehensive, and tailor-made improvements to their workers’ compensation programs.
- Achieving significant and sustainable reductions to the overall expense of each client’s workers’ compensation program through strategic risk management.

Education and Experience Information:
- Ideal candidates for this position are upcoming 2025 law school graduates who will be sitting for the bar exam in July of 2025.
- No specific prior work experience is required, making this position suitable for new graduates entering the legal field.

Salary Information:
- The annualized salary for this position is $90,000.
- Actual pay may be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
