Job Responsibilities:
As a Tax Senior Consultant within the International Tax Services practice, the primary responsibilities include providing tax consulting and compliance services to . and foreign multinational clients. The role involves working within an engagement team and drawing on experience in accounting and taxation to address tax implications of clients' inbound and outbound structures and investments. Key duties include:
- Preparing and reviewing work papers, allocations, and tax returns for multinational corporations.
- Researching and preparing materials for consulting projects, such as structure reports, transaction step plans, and memoranda related to tax planning considerations.
- Assisting with the development of complex tax projection calculations and models to analyze tax structuring alternatives and planning opportunities.
- Utilizing proprietary technologies to assist clients in streamlining their tax compliance processes and filing obligations.
- Supervising less experienced tax consultants.
Education and Experience Information:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in providing tax planning and/or compliance services, with a focus on international taxation preferred.
- A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or another business-related field is required.
- One of the following active accreditations is required, obtained, in process, or willing to obtain: Licensed CPA in the state of practice/primary office if eligible to sit for the CPA; if not CPA eligible, a Licensed Attorney or Enrolled Agent.
- Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model that requires US Tax professionals to co-locate in person 2-3 days per week.
- Ability to travel 25% on average, based on the work and clients served.
- Preferred qualifications include previous Big 4 experience, experience working in a fast-paced, team environment, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
Salary Information:
The wage range for this role takes into account various factors, including skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for geographic differentials. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $73,430 to $167,180. Additionally, candidates may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, which considers individual and organizational performance.

The Senior, International Tax position is available in 31 locations across the United States, including major cities like Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, and Seattle, among others.
The role is part of the International Tax team at the company, which assists multinational clients with their global tax planning and compliance needs.
