Job Responsibilities:
A career in the Personal Financial Service practice within the Private department offers an opportunity to assist private companies with various business advisory needs such as audit, tax compliance, and planning to enhance their operational efficiency. The role involves experiencing the entire business life cycle of a private company from inception to growth, maturity, and transition. The team helps clients develop, design, and implement plans to achieve personal wealth goals and ensure maintenance for future generations. Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the team to disrupt, improve, and evolve ways of working when necessary.

Education and Experience Information:
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor Degree
- Required Fields of Study: Accounting
- Minimum Years of Experience: 8 years
Certification(s) Required:
- CPA, Member of the Bar, or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader and consulting with high net worth individuals in areas such as financial planning, wealth transfer planning, and business succession planning or trust and estate work.
- Possesses comprehensive technical skills with Form 1040 for High Net Worth individuals and Form K1 production and compliance.
- Demonstrates experience in identifying and addressing client needs, developing and sustaining deep client relationships.
- Leads as a business advisor, developing new relationships, making introductions to sell new services with a "One Firm" service mindset.
- Leads teams to generate a vision, establish direction, and motivate members, creating an atmosphere of trust, leveraging diverse views, coaching staff, and encouraging improvement and innovation.
- Innovates through new and existing technologies, experimenting with digitization solutions.
- Works with large, complex data sets to build models and leverage data visualization tools to provide insights to clients.
- Utilizes digitization tools to reduce hours and optimize engagements.
- Advances pricing strategy through the use of pricing tools and influences a shift to alternative fee arrangements.
Salary Information:
The salary range for this position is $140,900 - $434,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will depend upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws.
