The law firm of **Members Only** is actively seeking a trademark associate to join our growing Intellectual Property practice group. This position offers the opportunity to work on trademark matters and disputes for clients on a regional, national, and international level. We are looking for candidates with at least 5 years of experience in trademark clearance, filing strategy and prosecution, enforcement investigations, and cease and desist letters related to trademark infringement. However, we will also consider candidates with less experience if they have excellent training and a strong background in trademarks. Experience in transactional matters such as advertising law, intellectual property and technology licensing, copyright, or social media is a plus. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work with a team of highly skilled and collegial trademark practitioners who excel at associate mentorship and training.

Job Requirements:

- Active law license
- Minimum of 5 years of trademark experience
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong research, writing, and critical-thinking skills

Salary and Benefits Information for Colorado Candidates:

- Current anticipated range: $145,000-$160,000
- Actual salary may vary and could be above or below the range
- Full comprehensive benefits plan including health care, retirement, and paid time off (PTO)
- Additional benefits: parental leave, short/long term disability
