Job Title: Legal Recruiting Manager

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage the recruitment processes for 1L and 2L candidates, including reviewing and selecting candidates for interviews, handling screening and callback interviews, making offer decisions, and following up post-offer.
- Design and execute the Summer Associate Program, which includes onboarding, orientation, training, organizing social events, assigning work, conducting work evaluations, and making offer decisions at the end of the program.
- Update and maintain written materials related to the Summer Associate Program.
- Plan and coordinate interviewer training programs and create interviewer materials.
- Oversee Fall Associate pre-arrival communications, bar registration and stipend processes, relocation processes, and onboarding and orientation activities.
- Manage the onboarding process for all lateral non-partner hires.
- Recommend and oversee outreach and engagement activities at law schools and on-campus events to enhance the firm’s visibility at national and regional law schools.
- Coordinate events with law schools and student affinity groups to promote the firm's brand.
- Maintain and update information for students on the firm's website and oversee the social media strategy.
- Ensure the maintenance and production of local student recruiting data.
- Analyze and interpret firmwide and industry data to provide reports and analysis of law student recruiting, summer associate, and fall associate data to the local hiring committee.
- Collaborate with a team of recruiters across the . to ensure consistency and share resources and ideas.
- Monitor and track spending relative to the approved budget.
- Occasional, limited travel may be required.

Education and Experience Information:

- Minimum of 3 years of manager-level legal recruiting experience at an AmLaw100 firm.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with Workday Recruiting, FloRecruit, and other legal recruiting platforms.

Salary Information:

- Washington state compensation range: $108,610 to $168,030 annually.
- This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
- Benefits include a 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance, accrued paid time off starting at 20 days annually, personal medical and parental leave, up to 10 paid holidays, and family care benefits.
