Job Description:
- Support a cutting edge, dynamic software product that enables customers to structure their legal documents and provides powerful investment insights.
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert for accurate processing of LP Agreements and support the primary relationship manager for law firm and limited partner customers.
- Act as the voice of the customer to drive product development for increased value.
- Partner with Product and Engineering leadership teams to inform future product roadmap.
Job Summary:
As the VP, Law Firm Solutions for Aumni, a JP Morgan company, you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the customer relationship and ensuring timely processing of LP Agreements for major international law firms. You will also serve as the subject matter expert for Aumni's Law Firm software and collaborate with internal partners to drive product development.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support all aspects of the customer relationship along the customer journey.
- Ensure timely processing of LP Agreements for major international law firms.
- Become a subject matter expert in Aumni's Law Firm software.
- Partner with Product and Engineering leadership teams to inform the future product roadmap.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- 2+ years of legal experience in fund formation practice with experience drafting and negotiating limited partnership agreements.
- JD required.
- Subject matter expertise and extensive practical experience with Limited Partnership Agreements (LPAs).
- Excellent project and time management skills.
- Effective executive communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience working in a B2B SaaS organization is a plus.
