Mid-Level Associate Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of intellectual property and technology merger and acquisition, joint venture, and other strategic transactions
- Conduct due diligence investigations
- Draft and negotiate license and technology agreements and other commercial contracts
- Provide counsel to clients on intellectual property rights, including privacy transactions and compliance
Qualifications:
- Admitted to the state bar of the preferred office location
- Significant experience in buy-side and sell-side corporate transactions
- Strong foundation in primary areas of intellectual property rights
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
