Our Global Finance group represents issuers, underwriters, servicers, and investors in the commercial real estate (CRE) securitization and CMBS marketplace. With decades of experience and a track record of success, our team is involved in the majority of all CMBS issuance and serves as issuer's counsel for a significant portion of all CRE collateralized loan obligations (CLOs).

As a Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities Associate, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of transactions and play a key role in deal teams. You will also have the opportunity to assist with business development initiatives and stay up-to-date with industry and regulatory developments.

To be successful in this role, you should have 3-6 years of securitization experience at a large law firm, strong academic credentials, and excellent drafting and negotiation skills. Familiarity with commercial mortgage-backed securities and commercial real estate finance is also preferred.
