Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage global patent prosecution and portfolio management for clients.
• Provide expertise in freedom-to-operate analysis and patent clearance.
• Handle licensing agreements and other technology transactions.
• Conduct due diligence related to mergers and acquisitions.
• Collaborate with a team to develop and articulate effective legal strategies.

Requirements:

• 8-14 years of experience in Intellectual Property Law.
• Registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
• Hold a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent academic record and proficient writing skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
• Superior judgment and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Active Bar license in Nebraska.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in global patent prosecution and portfolio management.
• Expertise in freedom to operate analysis, patent clearance, and technology transactions.
