Litigation Attorney (First Party Property)
The candidate should have a JD from an accredited Law School and be admitted to practice in PA, admission to the NJ bar a plus. Must have 3-7 years of civil litigation, defense experience along with Law review experience. Should be able to draft pleadings, answer written discovery, prepare motions, take depositions and participate in arbitrations/trials and have excellent writing and research skills. Experience with drafting coverage opinions and/or experience with first-party property-related bad faith cases is a plus.
