The Structured Finance Practice is recognized for its work on complex and cutting-edge structured finance transactions, development of innovative structures, and first-time securitizations of new asset classes.

The successful candidate will have:
• A minimum of two years of experience in structured finance transactions and securitizations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, writing, and research skills
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
