Provide legal advice and guidance to clients. Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and agreements. Advocate for clients in court proceedings.

Duties:

• Handle a caseload of family law matters from inception to resolution.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Minnesota State Bar.
• 12+ years of experience practicing family law.
• Demonstrated track record of successful case outcomes.
• Strong advocacy and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
