Position Overview:
- Seeking an experienced Environmental Attorney
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in environmental law
- Strong understanding of environmental laws and regulations at local, state, and federal levels
- Responsible for providing legal counsel and expertise to clients on environmental issues
- Collaborate with clients to navigate complex regulatory and compliance matters
- Conduct environmental due diligence for transactions
