Job Title: Healthcare Litigation Associate

The Healthcare Litigation Associate will be a part of a dynamic team focused on representing long-term healthcare providers and defending medical malpractice and professional liability claims. The role involves engaging in challenging and complex litigation work, providing opportunities to interact with clients, and participating in trials. The associate will be expected to take on substantial responsibility, contributing to the development of legal strategies and working collaboratively with a team of attorneys, nurses, paralegals, assistants, and trial technologists. Education and Experience Information:
The ideal candidate for the Healthcare Litigation Associate position should possess 3-5 years of litigation experience. Prior experience with medical malpractice defense and/or insurance defense cases is considered a plus. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in New Jersey. Essential skills include excellent oral and written communication, strong research and organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to multi-task. The candidate should be a self-starter capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
